My Question or Issue

 I cancelled my Telia account a month ago but I have trouble with payment when trying to start premium again. I have contacted Telia and they say that the Spotifyaccount is no longer liked to them and told me to contact you instead. Please help me get my music back 😉

Hi Lisa, @Tingelof and welcome to the Spotify Community! 🙂

Just checking, but have you tried to set up payment with Spotify directly?
If your account is no longer linked to Telia, than you should be able to use the same one when you sign up for Premium on Spotify's site.
I've copied over the most relevant support page FAQS for subscribing and hope it can help!

Get started

  1. Log in to your account page.
    Note: If you don’t already have an account, sign up here.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
  3. Click GET PREMIUM.
  4. Enter your payment details and click START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM.

 

Change payment details

 

Money on your mind? You have full control over your Spotify payments and can update them any time. 

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Select Subscription in the menu on the left. 
  3. Under Payment method, click UPDATE.
  4. Choose your payment method at the top and fill in the details. 
  5. Click CHANGE PAYMENT DETAILS to confirm.

All done! Your changes will take effect on your next payment.

Note: If you subscribed to Spotify through a 3rd-party (such as iTunes or your mobile provider), you’ll need to contact them to change your details.
