Problem updating my payment card


I have a new card since the last one expired. I am trying relentlessly to update the card information but there is a bug when I try to enter the "month" part. At first, the list with all the month shows up, I press the correct month but nothing happens. It returns to just showing "month" and I can no longer clique on it. All other entries are good, it's just the "month" tab?! I have tried reinstalling the program, I've tried several different computers as well as my phone. It's the same =(

My premium membership will soon expire and I can't live without music! Help!

Sorry to hear you're having such a hard time updating your payment details.


Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to try again. If this doesn't help, try entering the month and year before typing your card details.
