Problem with Credit Card info update

My Question or Issue

When  I update the credit card info, the bank is declining the transaction for insuficcient data (name of the holder name and address).

The bank told me so, then it isn't the problem there, but the lack of info so it can be charged to my account.

Hey @ulisesconh, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

I understand your concern.

In order to update your payment details, you would need to enter all of the information provided before you update the payment methods (such as account holder's name, ZIP  code, card details, etc).

 

If you don't have all of that information then I'd recommend reaching out to your bank/financial institution who can take a look and help further, or use a different payment method.
