My Question or Issue

I canceled my € 9.99 monthly subscription and joined a Spotify Family group, I would like to know if it is possible to get a refund for the month I paid but I would not use

I'd recommend checking out Spotify's refund policy under 'Don't want Premium overall?' section for some more info and the next steps to take.

I had already looked at that section, unfortunately even there I can't solve and understand how to get the refund

Hey @WalterWhite001,

 

On that page under that section - there is an option to Contact Spotify. You should see in blue color 'contact us'.
