Problem with payment - Credit Card Refused

Hello. I was traing to get the Premium for Family and the Spotify refused my credit card. I'm brazilian and tried 2 international credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and both was refused. All my credit cards are valid and not expired.
I would like some help because I need the Premium for a travel.
