I'm Italian, I'm currently in Sweden and after 14 days I had to change the country or I couldn't listen to music anymore. Now I would like to switch to premium, I have done all the steps but when I arrive at the payment It does not accept the card because it does not correspond to the country where I am. I do not have a Swedish card, I will stay here for another 3 months and if I go back to my profile I can not change the country coming back to Italy.
I understand your concern. Unfortunately, you will need the country the card came from to match the country on the account. If that isn't possible, you can check out the available payment methods in your country.
