I have been paying a premium account for years and suddenly It changed to free. It should be impossible because in my credit card appear the expense USD 2.45.

please, I need an urgent answer.

Could you try signing out/in of your account? If that doesn't help, please go to your account here, and let me know whether your subscription status says 'Free' or 'Premium'?

Hi

I tried to loag in again after sign off it but I continue with the same problem. My account is premium and it continues appear free.
Please, I need to repair this problem now because I don’t want to pay samething that I can’t use.
And my acconunt now is a number and I was as Ines Vasini.
If this problem doesn’t have a solution quickly, I will call my bank for ignoring the Spotify expense.

In terms of your account username showing numbers - it's currently not possible to change it, and there's more info on this here.
