Problem with premium

I make a payment and i used premium for 1 week and then it back to spotify free. What can i do?
Realice pago por premium y lo use solo por una semana, luego volvio a spotify free. Adjunto el comprobante de pago. Espero se pueda solucionar mi problema. Gracias

Can you make sure you actually made a payment? Check your email for a Spotify receipt and log in here to see if your payment went through.

If it did and your account is still showing as Free, we recommend that you contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a look at your account and see what happened.
