My Question or Issue

 I paid for my monthly Premium payment in 24th Dec. 2018. It's been around ten days and Spotify started to say "Payment failed" when i open the app. It tries to renew my subscription but i did it like 10 days ago. Need help ASAP, thanks.

Didn't work, payment failed it says. But i did my payment 10 days ago and using spotify very well since then.

Could you please mention the payment method you're using ?

MasterCard, i've been using my card since last year on Spotify and i have never experienced something like this. It's been only ten days. Card's name is Ininal, i dont think its card-related. Because i am using this card more than 1 year on Spotify.

Please try and process the payment through an incognito web page as it tends to do the trick.

I did try, it tries to charge me full premium price.
