Problem with updating the payment method & changing the country

Hi,

When I tried to update the payment method I get this message "Your payment method and account country don’t match. Change your location, or choose a different payment method." But when I tried to edit my profile "Country" drop-down menu was disabled and I couldn't change it.

Please help me to solve this issue! Thank you!
