Problema al pagar por cambio de país

Problema al pagar por cambio de país

He cambiado de país y quiero seguir con mi plan familiar, al intentar pagar pongo la opción actualizar mis datos y pongo el cambio de país, pero al hacerlo me manda por defecto a pagar el plan individual y no me deja seguir con mi plan familiar.

Thanks for the post. Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

Note that when you chance the country of your account, you might not be able to continue your old Premium Family subscription, since this plan is intended for people who live under the same roof, hence country. 

 

You'd need to make sure that the country that you currently live in matched the country on your Spotify account, and the payment method you're using needs to match that country as well.
