Problema com premium

Problema com premium

Olá, recebi por email o recibo de pagamento por boleto de 3 meses do Premium no dia 27/03 e até agora a conta está Free. No site aparece "Seu Premium pré-pago termina em 27/06/18" mas nos aplicativos aparece como Free. Já tentei deslogar e logar e reinstalei os aplicativos. Como resolvo o problema?

It sounds like you have two accounts, one Free and the other Premium. Just log out and log back in making sure you're using the same credentials for the Premium account you see on our website.
