Problema con el pago

Hola! Quisiera poder contactarme con alguien de la comunidad de Spotify, tengo un problema con el tema de mi pago:

El tema es que yo por mi cuenta Premium registre mi tarjeta de un banco nacional en mi pais con el cargo de S/.16.90 mensuales, los ultimos meses el cargo ha subido a S/.18.90, quisiera saber por que o si este cargo ya estaba en mi contrato o cual es el problema, quisiera pagar el monto que siempre pague
