Problema con pago para estudiantes

Intente aplicar el descuento para estudiantes, puse mis datos bancarios y todo iba bien, el problema fue que el momento que me pidio foto de algun comprobante de mi escuela, sali para tomar foto y enviarla, y cuando regrese a la app, me regreso a la aplicacion normal de Spotify, y no me da opcion de enviar mis comprobantes, lo malo es que tengo el dinero congelado en mi tarjeta, no me han terminado de hacer el cobro pero tampoco me libera el dinero, ni me deja enviar mis comprobantes, esto paso el jueves en la noche, y ya pasaron las 72 hrs que decia el apartado de ayuda, ¿Qué mas puedo hacer ahí?

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

Since you didn't complete the student validation process, the payment should remain as pending, and will go back to your bank account soon.

You can find more info on failed Spotify payments here. I suggest contacting your bank for more details on these pending transactions.
