Hola mi plan dúo no me está permitiendo entrar al invitado

Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us responding in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

So we can get a better understanding of the situation, could you give us some more info? Are you or the person that's trying to join seeing any error messages?

 

You can send them a new invitation and ask them to open it on a different device. Also, check out this detailed article on how to invite/remove Duo members if you haven't already. 

 

Let us know what you've tried so far so we can avoid repeating any steps.
