Me ofereceram dois meses de teste gratuito pelo proprio app do spotfy, porem quando completei meu cadastro fui cobrada em meu cartao pelo mes, sendo que assim que vi cancelei e mesmo assim foi cobrado o mes inteiro sendo que nao foi utilizado.

Como podemos resolver?
