Problemas con Plan Familiar Premium

En el plan familiar les envié la invitación a los otros usuarios pero cuando tratan de entrar dice que ah habido un error y no se pueden sumar a la cuenta

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when they try joining your plan? Do they have the same issue accepting the invites using an incognito window?
