Problemas con el pago mensual del plan individual

Tengo un problema con la suscripción del plan individual, durante mucho tiempo estuve haciendo el pago con tarjeta ahora que ya no tiene fondos decidí pagar usando una tarjeta de regalo (ya había pasado 2 semanas que la tarjeta fue retirada de la cuenta antes que tener que hacer el pago mensual) y ahora que utilicé la tarjeta de regalo me sale que en 3 días se me vence el premium solo durando 2 semanas, ¿Qué pasó? O ¿Qué puedo hacer?

This type of case is commonly related to a delayed payment. Keep in mind that if you're subscribed with a recurrent payment method, the system will not cancel your subscription when the payment fails, but it will keep trying to take the payment every couple of days. In this case, we'd first recommend checking the date of your previous receipts to check if the last payment you made was compensating a previous charge.


If not, as this could be account related and we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
