Hola que tal? A ver si alguien me puede ayudar.
Todos los meses pago spotify con la tarjeta de credito y me lo debita automaticamente. El ultimo pago efectuado que se registra en mi resumen es del 4/06 por el mes de mayo... y estamos a junio y spotify me suspendio la cuenta porque dice que no se pudo efectuar el pago...pero el mismo se hizo en tiempo y forma, y se puede ver en el resumen incluso.
Es decir, me exige ingresar una nueva forma de pago, pero yo ya pague y no voy a hacerlo dos veces en el mismo mes. Como puedo solucionarlo? No encuentro una forma de contactarme con al empresa..si alguien sabe por favor pasenme el dato.

Hoy Ingrese la informacion de la nueva tarjeta mastercard que recibí de la entidad para actualizar la forma de pago de mi cuenta. inicialmente no la recibió y usé otra tarjeta. ahora me aparecen las dos tarjetas aceptando el pago. cómo hago para que no se efectue doble cobro?
Hola buenas tardes, quisiera saber por que Spotify se me esta cobrando dos veces al mes, no es la primera vez que pasa, ya lo he reportado varias veces y no me dan una solución, espero y esta vez sea la excepción gracias.

It's technically not possible to have two subscriptions at once with just one account and we charge each Premium plan only once per month. If your payment doesn't look right, we'd recommend checking out this support page for more information
If you've already spoken to one of our support teams about this and as we're unable to look at your account in more detail here on the Community we'd suggest reaching back out to them, so they can take a look at things backstage and help you out.

Buenas tengo problemas con el pago de Spotify . Me contacte con el banco pero me dicen que es problema de plataforma
me debitan todos los meses de la tarjeta de credito visa y este mes deje de tener premiun. No se que paso y con quien conectarme para restablecerlo

You can go to your Account Overview page to find your payment & subscription details.
In case your card has expired, this will be shown there. You can also update your payment method from that page.
If the card hasn't expired, you can try to list it as a payment method once again and see where things go!
Should you encounter any difficulties, do let us know and we'll gladly take a further look into things!
Tip: If your card isn't getting accepted anymore but is still valid, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank to check if everything looks in order on their end.
