Problemas con pago y cambio de suscripcion

Realice el pago de la cuenta premium efectivamente (se me acredito el monto en la tarjeta) y funciona pero quiero cambiar a plan familiar y al ingresar a mi cuenta figuro como usuario de spotify free, no reconoce mi pago realizado ni me llego un mail de confirmacion dejandome sin alternativas mas que pagar nuevamente, por favor espero respuesta

If you can't make use of the Premium features, could you have a look at this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • The status of your subscription
  • The status of your payment
  • That your Premium subscription isn't on another account
