Hola! Tengo problemas para procesar el pago con la tarjeta de crédito prepaga (Ualá) en mi plan familiar. Después de varios intentos, el pago se pudo procesar y obtuve los primeros meses gratis. Al terminar ese periodo, no se pudo correr el cobro. Cancelé mi suscripción y traté de ingresar los datos de nuevo, pero no pude hacerlo, ni con mi tarjeta ni con la de mi novia. Intenté ingresar datos desde múltiples navegadores y sus navegadores privados, pero nada sirvió.

Contacté a atención al cliente de Ualá, me dijeron que la cuenta está activa, que tengo los fondos. Que no se ven intentos de pagos desde spotify

If you're having trouble paying for premium you can check out this support article.

If your card seems to work fine and allows foreign transactions, you sometimes need to wait a day or two, because of system maintenance.

But he already said, he had troubles assigning the card to recurring payments, AND, in the paying date, had troubbles processing payment. I keep getting the same problem as himself. The payments don't reach Ualá. Is there any incompatibility between Ualá and Spotify?

Thank you for your reply in this thread.

We accept all types of prepaid cards as long as they are open for online, foreign, and recurring transactions, which you can check with your provider if you're having trouble signing up.

In case you still can't pay - we'd suggest that you try using a different payment option. More info on the payment methods that you can use can be found in this article.
