Problemas de pago premium

Buen día
Todos los meses tengo problemas para hacer el pago de mi cuenta premium.
Actualizo los datos de mi tarjeta y siempre me dice que no se puede realizar el pago ( cuando sé que si tiene fondos mi tarjeta)
Con quien puedo revisar esto? ☹️
