Problemi con gli account

Problemi con gli account

Salve io sto pagando regolarmente da diverso tempo un'account spotify family.

Il problema è che funzionano solo 2 account in modalità premium mentre gli altri nonostante ci siano 5 slot disppnibili funzionano come se fosse la prova iniziale.

Quindi non posso scaricare playlist non posso ascoltare musica offline ecc.

Vorrei delle spiegazioni al piú presto sennó disdico l'account a breve.

Do the accounts that are having trouble seeing their Premium features have the same issue if they log out and back in?

 

If so, ask the administrator to check their Subscription Overview to check the usernames that are linked to the plan. Make sure the users having issues seeing Premium are logging into the right accounts.
