My Question or Issue

When I went to go activate my Hulu account, I hit "I do not have a Hulu account" and then it says the "We've hit a snag." It also says "We hit a snag" if I click I already have a Hulu account. I've tried this process in Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out to us about this.

 

You can try linking your Spotify and Hulu accounts again here, preferably using an incognito or private window in your browser on a desktop device.

 

If the issue persists we'd recommend giving it a shot on a different device and network if possible.
