Problems with Premium Abonnement

Hey there 🙂 Currently I am in New Zealand and I got a Spotify Premium Abonnement with Spark. Yesterday I cancelled it and therefore it should turn into the Free Spotify Account. I need the the Free Account to join my family Membership in Germany. But I still have the Premium One without paying for it? How can that be? How long does Spotify need to see, that I am not paying anylonger with spark?

Hey @Leali,

You'll have to wait until your subscription runs out.

Also, you won't be able to join the Premium for Family plan because the country setting doesn't match and you don't reside at the same address.
