Problems with changing credit card

Hi, 

My bank had blocked my credit card due to not recongnising a payment. After re-instating it Spotify won't accept it. Wish I could call someone and speak them about it. It's a gross lack of service on behalf of spotify. 

Would I have to cancel and re-subscribe? It all good from my Bank's end. It's just spotify that won't accept it.

Hey @J_Chetty,

please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.
