Profile does not reflect my premium membership or allow access to Hulu as in original offer

My Question or Issue

I have paid for premium for a while and it was offered with Hulu. I never logged into Hulu. When I tried Hulu initiation today My Spotify account says I am not a premium subscriber. Hos can I get my membership recognized and get the offered access to Hulu?  Thank you.

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
