Hello,

after succesfully verifying my paypal when trying to purchase premium I am redirected to the product details and license agreement page again and again.

I have a feeling it might have to do with me having had a previous account with the same email and paypal and the system suspecting fraud to get another month of free trial.

I actually do not know why my previous account was discontinued - it just didn't exist anymore. I wasn't using it at that time, so I didn't care.

now I'd just like to resubscribe to premium with a new account on the same email and paypal, but simply can't.

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
