My Question or Issue

I'm wondering if my Spotify Premium subscription has any sort of quality of service guarantee, because the streaming service is continually pausing during playback.  This situation is pretty clearly a problem with the Akamai CDN / Web player interaction, as is well documented by the numerous posts about "playback freezes at 9 seconds".  I've submitted posts and debug data about the issue, but no resolution.  I'd like some sort of refund for Spotify not meeting the terms of service.  Numerous pauses/freezes per hour is not how I want to listen to music.  Please advise.
