¿Que puedo hacer si el PIN de mi tarjeta de regalo no es valid?

Compre una tarjeta de regalo, ingrese a la pagina para canjear mi PIN y me aparece una oracion " desafortunadamente el codigo no es valido" ¿Que puedo hacer para activarla?.
