If you haven't, we'd recommend checking all the recommendations given in this thread. Now, keep in mind that we can only process a refund within the first 14 days since starting your subscription. If these days have already passed, you won't be eligible for a refund. However, you can cancel your subscription any time by following the steps in this article. Your Premium time will remain until your next billing date, and then your account will revert to the free service.
