Question About Free Home Mini

I’m So I received the email back when they were sending them out... clicked on link..reserved our mini. I noticed today that we never received it, so I contacted chat and an extremely rude person told me that I didn’t complete my order, I just reserved it and there were actually 2 emails. Did anyone receive two emails? I mean if it’s my bad, okay. But I always keep up on my emails and I know I would have seen a second one. But **bleep** happens and maybe I didn’t. Thoughts? I’m on the verge of cancelling our account... not because of the mini, but because of the rude way I was talked to.
