My Question or Issue: Why is it so difficult for me to ask a question and get it properly answered? The only one who can answer my question would be someone who actually works for Spotify. I'm trying to obtain Preumium and have entered my credit card information, however, Spotify keeps rejecting it and I don't know why. My card is fine, I even checked with the bank and was told that the problem is with Spotify, not the credit card. This is the only credit card I can use for Spotify. What do I do?
