Quiero pagar el spotify premiun con el bono cultural y no me deja

Querria usar el bono cultural para obtener el premiun de estudiante y al completar todos los pasos al final me sale un error y no me deja completar el pago

To confirm, are you trying to redeem a promotion that you saw on a different service? If so, try redeeming it using a different browser or private window.
