REMOVING A FAMILY MEMBER FROM PREMIUM PLAN

I removed a family member from my premium plan but am still being charged $14.99 instead of $9.99.  It doesn't show her as being on my plan anymore so why am I still being charged $14.99?

Hey @cajmere21,

could it be that you’re still on the family membership? It doesn’t change automatically when you kick all your family members out of the family subscription.

You can see your subscription status here.

When you’re still on premium family, you should change your account to a normal Premium account.
