none of those links work, after searching Google and  duckduckgo and all I get are broke links and shading websites...  want to buy my son Spotify for a year and I CAN'T  ??

Yearly payments are not available in every market. You can check if it's available in yours here.

Alternatively, in some markets you can purchase gift cards which can be found in different retailers. 

Lastly, keep in mind that the e-cards are no longer available.
