The same thing is happening to me and I have been charged for 5 months. I have tried cancelling as well. Its not working! Very frustrating

It sounds like you might be paying for an account other than your main account. All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
