I have tried to update my address but it says its can;t find the address - even when I use a postcode and the name of the village. How do I update the address?

Thanks for your post here in the Community. We moved your post to a new thread.

If you're having issues entering your address, try the following: 

• First search for the address on Google Maps and enter the address exactly as it shows up there.
• Try setting the address by using a different browser or an incognito window.
• Try it from a different device and with a different internet connection.
• If Spotify can't find your address, try entering the building number, street name, or a close public space or building instead ( as long as the users that join your plan enter the same address, this shouldn't be an issue).
