It is not just dealing mixes but all the music that I have selected down
through the years have been taken away and further more I am planning on
Spotify while your company each month for 13 or more months then taking
$9.99 premium membership each of those months while stating I do not have
a membership with Spotify therefore since I could not get to talk to
anyone until now about this your company Spotify all me for 13 months of
9.99 each month.

why should anyone be put though this and Spotify don't take responsibility
for it and offer to give our money back. we have paid and are still paying
for a service that we are not getting(music choose to listen too). three
times they took away over 2000 songs and music I had in my library. now I
listen with commercial though I am paying for premium for the last 10
months or so.

If you can't see your saved music or your Premium featurs even though you're certain that you're paying, it usually means that you have 2 or more accounts and logging in on the Free one.
