Have premium membership, how do I download music?

Hi,

I recently purchased premium mebership and would like to stream music offline on my computer however when I open the playlist which I'd like to make available offline, the slider to allow you to play music offline isn't there and when I look in my account it shows that I have no offline devices.

Does anyne know how I can make my computer an offline device please?

First of all, let's make sure you've correctly subscribed to Premium.

Please click here and see if the account's status is set to Free or Premium.

If it's Free, that's because for some reason you haven't completed the subscription process.

If it says Premium, can you try using your mobile app to see if it works?
