Re: I have been charged twice and still not working

I have been charged (Twice) yet my subscription ain't working. I did not receive any email from spotify. My status is still showing free, I have sign out and signed in over and over, yet still the same. I even did the subscription twice, and twice I have been charged, yet there is no change and not even a message from spotify in my email.

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
