Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

We'd recommend that you go to your account page to double check if you've accepted the invitation and completed the verification process for Premium Family successfully. Under "Your Plan" she should see "Premium Family". 

 

If that's not what you're seeing but you know you've activated the Family subscription, it means that you might be logged into another account. If that's the case - we'd suggest that you take a look at this article. It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us. In the FAQ you'll see the steps for finding a second account.

 

If the account is set to Premium on the account page, please log out and back in as this will force a sync between the account and the device.
