Paid for 3 months premium but didn't get the premium

Since your post seems to be on a different issue, we hope you don't mind us moving it to a new thread so we can further troubleshoot this.

You mentioned that you were charged but you're still on free.

If you haven't already, we'd first recommend logging out and back in the app to shake things up. 

Further, we'd also recommend making sure of the status of your payment in case it's just pending - there's more info on that here.

You can also take a look for any additional accounts you may have with us that could have been upgraded to Premium instead.
