I have the same problem, i'd paid 3 days ago, no money in my account, internet says that expires in september, but no premium in android or PC. did you have a solutión so far?

Yes, doble and triple check, username ok, pyament deadline 16/9/17 and Premium status in online mode ok, but in the app, "free". Delete cache, re-log in several Times, but nothing.

And the username you log in with is exactly the same on the other devices?

Yes, I checked several Times, in fact, a have only one account

Nop, the same for both.

Does it have a receipt for the Premium you bought on that page?

Yes, i have the bank payment check and the spotify payment check 2

Yes, it is there, is the first one on my list. In fact, if i click in "details" it show me the same thing on e-mail.

Same problem. I subscribed to a 3 month promo for 129 PHP at first it went fine -- downloaded some music, you know, premium privileges. But after few days my account wasnt premium anymore. I dunno what happened. I paid using Globe prepaid load -- I still have my receipt sent to my email.
