Spotify Payment / Accounting System Failure

i also have issues with making a payment i use my prepaid service to make a payment but it always says insufficient funds. i have the enough load to cover the payment i've been processing the payment since wednesday.

Have you resolved this? I just can't find any way to contact Spotify
directly. Management seem to hide behind the Forum and the General help
statements which are USELESS in this situation.

nope i haven't resolve it yet trying to contact them as well. i'm starting to get frustrated because all i want to do is pay!
