Why is my Student premium payment not working?

Hello , I already paid twice for student subscription, but until now the plan hasn't appear yet. What to do

If you've paid for Premium, but the features are not showing up, it's possible that the subscription was applied to a different account by mistake. In this case, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.

If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we'd also recommend checking out this article for more info.

If the account doesn't show the Premium subscription after this, as we cannot access users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
