Hi all,

 

I’ve upgraded my Premium account to DUO and invited my wife to join me on this account. She did while she had her own Premium already. Will her own Premium subscription be cancelled? Or how does this work in terms of payment?

Hey @Hubke,

 

Yes, that's correct since she will be on your plan. All subsequent payments on her account are made by the plan’s manager. Any remaining Premium time she has is forfeited.

Hey @Hubke, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Spotify only charges the plan’s manager (the person who started the plan), never the invited members. Spotify charges the manager the full amount, regardless of if members join.
