Really upset!!! My 3 month trial was canceled 1 month after start...

Got an email for 3 months for $9.99... I started my trial last month, and now it's been canceled!!! Super **bleep**!!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

No worries, caneclling your subscription will revert your account to our Free ad-based service after any remaining Premium time runs out. 

 

You should be able to see when the date your account will revert to Free on your subscription page.

The issue is that I did not cancel my subscription!! I assume it was glitch on the part of Spotify. Being as I signed up and paid for a free 3 month trial, I would like to have gotten that!! If Spotify would like to correct this issue I’m open to it!! Podcasts are not as interesting with commercials cutting in!!!

Even worse is that it took this long to get a response!!

Thanks for getting back to us, and apologies for not getting back to you earlier before.

 

It is possible that you only signed up for a month of Premium at the regular price (9.99 USD). 

 

Could you send us a screenshot of the email you received from Spotify after signing up for the trial? Just make sure to omit any sensitive personal information such as payment details.
