Recently made private playlist

If someone recently made a playlist secret but it's still in my recently played and I follow it, will I see updated songs?

No it isn’t my playlist. It’s a friend’s playlist, she made it secret but I can still see it because it’s in my “recently played” section. So I was wondering, no that it is secret and I follow it, will I see if she adds new songs?
