Red downgrade screen

My Question or Issue:

I have the Spotify app on my iPhone 8, and I have a Premium Duo account. My account works on my computer just fine but when I try to listen on my phone a screen pops up that says “Your last Premium payment didn’t work … Downgrade”. I’ve had this issue before where I just pressed downgrade and it ended up cancelling my end of the Premium Duo, which I didn’t want to do … There’s no way I can get this screen off, and I’ve already tried deleting and redownloading. I cant log off and back on- I cant use the app at all with the downgrade screen in the way. How can I get rid of this ?

Could you check the payments for the Duo subscription and if the last one has failed get it sorted out?

The same thing has currently happened to me. I have paid for a subscription and the red screen keeps popping up and it won’t go away no matter what I do.
